- Health Guarantee: The seller must guarantee that the pet is in good health and free of any diseases or conditions that could be harmful to the buyer. No puppy can be sold below 45 days of age (Mandatory).
- Vaccination and Medical Records: The seller must provide vaccination and medical records for the pet.
- Return Policy: The buyer should be provided with a clear and detailed return policy in case the pet is not as described, or if there are any health issues.
- Payment and Fees: The payment method and any applicable fees should be clearly stated, including any charges for shipping or delivery.
- Compliance with Laws: The buyer and seller must comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale and ownership of pets.
- Liability: The buyer and seller should acknowledge their respective liabilities and responsibilities regarding the sale, ownership, and care of the pet.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes that may arise from the transaction should be resolved through mediation, arbitration, depending on the specific terms and conditions.
